Kate wears "real clothes"

We can't believe we forgot the camera today. Kate actually wore a preemie outfit today while Mom and Dad held her. It was a cute purple outfit that says "Daddy's Little Girl". The outfit is up to 3 pounds and Kate was swimming in it and actually fit both legs in one leg of the outfit. Needless to say the matching hat was very big...but too cute! Kate was very alert tonight and stayed awake for some time while we visited. She is called the great "Whodini _s.p.) " of the nursery because she wiggles down to the end of her incubator quite often! We are hoping that tomorrow Kate will be done with her I.V. and on her way to not needing oxygen anymore.. Big Steps but we are optimistic! GO KATE!!!
